In this engagement, Sensiba LLP applied specified procedures to Priwall by mePrism's reported data-broker removal-rate figures and reported the resulting factual findings. The recalculation showed greater than 99% confirmed removal at 90 days across a representative sample of Priwall's enterprise customers, with a median time to first confirmed removal of 4 days. It also showed greater than 92% confirmed removal at 30 days.
Consumer Reports tested 13 people-search brokers in its August 2024 Data Defense study. Twelve remain operational; Dataveria has since gone offline. On the 12 remaining brokers, Priwall achieved 100% confirmed removal at 90 days on 11 sites and 99.24% on PeopleFinders.
